Delivery time from the moment your order has been dispatched. In-stock items are dispatched the next business day. Pre-ordered items are dispatched in 5-10 business days.

​​INVALID DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of each buyer to make sure the delivery address is entered correctly. If an incorrect delivery address was provided, please contact us immediately at brillerstudio@essentialdog.eu

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by writing at brillerstudio@essentialdog.eu. Cancellation or change of the order is possible until it is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return any item(s) from your order you must return them within 14 days of delivery. Items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. You must notify us about the products you wish to return by writing an email to brillerstudio@essentialdog.eu.
Please note: a 100% refund of your return can only be made if the item arrives in their original condition, undamaged and unused. For used items we reserve the right to withhold a part of the refund amount. The return of vouchers and e-vouchers is excluded.
Returns that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.
Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original invoice. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any return paperwork.
